Poor customer service & professionalism. We needed to rent a truck to move some items into a storage unit we have with a different storage company. Christine thought it necessary to not only badmouth this company, but the manager as well. This went beyond pure competition and left me feeling very uneasy. I did not appreciate being put in that awkward position.
Christine, the manager of this facility is a very hardworking, fair, and wonderful woman. I have found myself in two very difficult situations in the last 3 months with a bad breakup and loss of my daughter. Without hesitation, both times, she found a way for it to work for me. I am not a person who usually writes reviews and especially a month after my loss but this woman really touched my heart today by offering me different options and giving me time to figure out which works best for me. She by no means, either time had to do so, but she did, and it means a lot to me. Especially being in the very emotional state I am right now. If you're looking for storage, this is the place to go. Extremely professional, clean, and wonderful customer service! Thank you Christine for your hard work, it is appreciated by all!
Weekend rental sometimes takes a bit but trailers always work great and employees friendly and know there stuff. Will continue to be my only rental spot.
Stay away from this place the manager stefanie scams people and charges your personal credit cards with no knowledge. Look elsewhere for your storage needs.
